Stacey Boots

Hi, I am Stacey!

Here at Nourish & Thrive Integrative Health our philosophy is simple, treat the person as a whole, not just the symptoms of one system. What this means is, whilst we aim to reduce symptoms, this is done by addressing the underlying drivers and rectifying these so the problem is resolved, not just covered up.

I believe approaching health from a holistic perspective is integral to achieving the best health outcomes, taking into consideration physical, mental and emotional wellbeing. I also believe in the integration of evidence-based practices, whilst honouring the tradition of natural medicine. As such, my qualifications include a Bachelor of Health Science (Naturopathy), a Graduate Diploma of Counselling and a Diploma of Remedial Massage.

Who We Help.

Our focus is helping women who are dealing with hormonal and neurochemical imbalances, that can result in the following:

  • Fatigue, Low Energy & Low Mood

  • Digestive Concerns

  • Conditions of Hormonal Imbalance (inc. Endometriosis, PCOS, Painful periods)

  • Poor Detoxification Processes

  • Weight Gain

Working collaboratively with women, we aim to identify what is happening for them, physically, mentally, emotionally and socially, in regards to the mental and hormone health and work from a holistic perspective to help address the underlying drivers as to why they are not feeling their best. Together, we develop a comprehensive and individualised treatment plan, that is achievable, based on the clients goals, to see not only improvement in their symptoms, but also attain the long term results they desire.

"When you touch one thing with deep awareness,
you touch everything."
