NOTICE FOR CLASSES 2025
Dear valued Advance Physio clients,
As of February 2025 we will be changing our class structure, pricing and offering online bookings. The current structure of “term passes” will no longer exist, instead the timetable will run throughout the year.
The class structure will run as follows:
-
Timetable running throughout the year (any changes made will be updated on our website, via social media as well as emailed/SMS to clients)
-
“Passes” will now be “session” based - e.g. 10 or 5 session passes - which have a 6 month expiry date on them, if they are not used within this time-frame any unused sessions will be forfeited.
-
If you are unable to attend a session you have booked in for, our cancellation policy is strict <4 hours (with notice) will incur a $10 DNA fee (no session forfeited).
-
If you do not attend without any notice you will forfeit that session.
-
Casual attendance is still available as per previous years.
-
Online bookings will now be available (Pilates only)- see our website
-
You cannot attend a class without having paid PRIOR to the class beginning. If you book online and have not paid for those sessions, you will need to pay on attendance before the class begins. If you book multiple online please note these will be charged at casual rate each time until you pay for the session pass.
-
You will still need a pre-class assessment to attend classes (not including Pilates), and we will be offering free pre-class assessments for 10+ sessions bought.
-
Those who have never attended a Pilates class before can opt to have 1:1 before attending class but do not require a “Pre-class assessment” before attending.
-
Numbers: Pilates maximum = 4 people, other classes up to 6 (depending on type)
-
You can come to as many classes during the week as you wish, pending availability. We have waiting lists for class cancellations, so please if you cannot attend let us know as soon as possible to allow another member to attend on your behalf.
-
If you have a 3/5/10/20 session pass it is your responsibility to book into the sessions you wish to attend, do not assume you are booked in every week, check with reception the dates you wish to attend, or check online to book (Pilates only).
-
All class attendees will sign a pre-class waiver before attending. If circumstances change or you have any injuries please inform the physiotherapist taking the class. If it is a Pilates class you may be asked to have an appointment before re-commencing classes to ensure your safety and reduce risk of injury.

Etiquete:
We highly value all our clients here at Advance Physio and ask that you treat each other and staff with a high level of respect. If you are unsure about something in class please ask the physio taking your class privately.
-
Please ensure you do not enter the gym unless the Physio has come to collect you from the waiting room. All our classes allow for 5-10 minutes buffer time for cleaning and pack-up/physio note times, if your physio is running late please continue to wait, you will not miss any of your class time.
-
Though there are buffers in place, please ensure you are completing your exercises (if in individual class) and packing up/cleaning to go by the end of class. This also allows for physio to set-up for the following class and other gym sessions we have running in the clinic. If you wish to chat with the physio or other member, please do so in the waiting room to allow for a clear gym.
-
Please do not ask the physio to diagnose or make any recommendations for treatment other than directly related to your current program (i.e. progressions/modifications) as the physio is there to supervise your current plan and ensure you are doing your rehab correctly. If you are in pain, unsure about something specific or have a new issue, please book an appointment with a physio. We cannot thoroughly or accurately diagnose you in class setting and this is unfair to other attendees needing assistance.
We thank you for your understanding, as these clinic policies are important to us to maintain physio and patient integrity, ensure fair attention to all is given and no-one misses out on classes as much as possible.
If you have any questions about classes please feel free to call us to have a chat.
Kind regards,
The Team at Advance Physio
