Advance Physiotherapy is a new physiotherapy clinic in the Clare Valley, South Australia.
Advance Physiotherapy is passionate about a holistic approach to physiotherapy, not just treating the affected site but also investigating the underlying reasons and biomechanics causing the injury and addressing these issues to reduce the risk of recurring problems.

Annie
Annie is a musculoskeletal physiotherapist with a special interest in womens health. Annie has been teaching pilates for over 11 years and has a specific interest in biomechanics-particularly in sport and complex pain management.

Ellie
Ellie joined the Advance Physiotherapy team in February 2016, after completing a Bachelor in Physiotherapy at UniSA. Ellie works full time in clinic and one day a week at Kara House nursing home in Clare. Ellie has a keen interest in chronic pain, musculoskeletal injuries and rehabilitation.

Amy
Amy joined the team in February 2019, after graduating with a Bachelor in Physiotherapy from
UniSA in 2018.
Amy has an interest in chronic pain management, sporting injuries and hydrotherapy
Amy is an avid hockey player and umpire.

Taylah
Taylah is a local Clare girl, who graduated from University of South Australia in 2017 with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy.
She has post grad in matwork Pilates, Advance Dry Needling and Sport Physiotherapy. She also has special interests in hydrotherapy and chronic pain management.
Outside of work, Taylah is a keen sportsperson, which is where her passion for rehabilitating sporting injuries comes from.

Amy
Amy Trengove is our Dietitian. Amy is a local health professional with 8 years of dietetic experience. In recent years. Her key areas of interest are diabetes management, women's health and childhood nutrition with goals to move into the sports nutrition arena and develop her skills as a breastfeeding counsellor

Bron
Bron Stedall joined the team in September 2019.
She has completed 3 years of training in Meta Dynamics which is the only researched-based paraprofessional therapy in the world. She is also qualified as a Chronic Pain Educator and Cognitive Behavioural Therapist for pain patients

Eammon
Eammon is our Personal Trainer. He joined the team in August 2019.
Eammon is a local guy and when he is not at work he is keeping active, including playing local football.


Bridget
Bridget is our friendly
Receptionist who works 4 & a half
days a week.
Bridget loves to travel, while she is in the country she enjoys sampling the best of the valleys produce and spending time with family and friends.

Leanne is our Friendly Casual Receptionist who works 1 & a half

Amy
Bron Stedall has completed 3 years of training in Meta Dynamics which is the only researched-based paraprofessional therapy in the world.
Meta Dynamics is a methodology utilising aspect of Neuro Linguistic Programming, Positive Psychology and Family Therapy and was created by Australia's leading personal development coach, author and trainer, Sharon Pearson.

Bron is also currently studying psychology (part-time) through Macquarie University and is also qualified as a Chronic Pain Educator and Cognitive Behavioural Therapist for pain patients through Sydney University.

Pilates- A beginner to intermediate class aimed to improve flexibility, balance and build core strength. Specialised exercises that focus on breathing techniques to enhance body control and coordination.

Express Pilates Class- Our express class uses the same principles as our Pilates class in a 30 minutes lunchtime session for those on a short time frame.

Mums & Bubs- This class is tailored for postnatal mothers who can exercise in a supportive environment with their new baby. Assisting in gaining confidence with exercise and restoring your pelvic and abdominal strength using Pilates techniques.

Sports Conditioning- An advanced class for those ready to take their Pilates to the next level. Talk to your Advance Physiotherapist before commencing.

Strength & Balance-It is never too late to improve your strength, balance and aerobic fitness. Using specific exercises to increase your mobility, body awareness and strength to reduce your risk of falls.

Youth Pilates & FreeForm- Aimed at kids aged between 10-15 years. A dynamic approach to core strengthening and flexibility using freeFORM boards. A class aimed at a beginner to intermediate level of fitness and core strength. "FreeFORMING" is a whole body, movement based exercised tailored around the principles of Pilates and YOGA.
